Caravan Repairs FAQ
Got a question about caravan repairs, servicing or our mobile repair service? Find answers to some of the questions we’re asked most often.
Service Areas
What areas do you service?
We service customers across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. If you’re outside our usual service area, contact us and we’ll let you know whether we can assist.
Where do you provide mobile caravan repairs?
All our technicians are mobile and come to you, where ever you have your caravan stored.
Can you repair my caravan while it's at a caravan park?
In many cases, yes. However, access and the caravan park’s requirements can vary, so it’s best to let us know where the caravan is located when making your booking.
Do I need to be present during the repair?
For a regular service, no, as long as we have clear access to the vehicle. For anything that has been diagnosed outside of what was booked, you may need to be available to discuss the work moving forward.
Can you carry out caravan repairs or servicing on the side of a highway or busy road?
For safety reasons, we do not carry out caravan repairs or servicing on highways, main roads or busy streets.
Your caravan must be located in a safe and suitable location where our technicians can work safely and without creating a hazard to you, other road users or our technicians.
If your caravan is currently stopped in an unsafe location, it will need to be moved to a suitable location before repairs or servicing can be carried out.
If you’re unsure whether your location is suitable, please contact us before booking and we can discuss your options.
